I’ve been doing great with my gym routine!
Yesterday, I worked out at my school’s gym:45 mins on the treadmill (3.16 miles!)
weights; triceps and shoulders
And a cardio fitness class!Today I did:
20 mins on the treadmill
weights; chest and back
And now I’m going to do Jillian Michael’s ab video!
